"I would have to say that we have been happy from the start of our first enquiry with the positive outlook your team has with prospective clients with designing and quoting. Our endless enquiries about our new venture of building (which we haven't done in over 30 years) were met with honesty, very timely and in laymen’s terms which was most appreciated. Then came the fun part of construction and watching our future home grow to maturity.  Making choices with your coordinator Jocelyn Cook, for the internal/external fittings, was made so easily we did it in just 2 days and a couple of follow up confirmation phone calls. JC Designer Kitchens did the most marvellous work on our kitchen and bathrooms, Louise was a real gem with suggestions and confirmations of my colour choices. Kens Plumbing was so easy to work with when picking light fittings and fixtures, they even stayed back after closing to accommodate us.  Barritts Carpet One made carpet and tiling easy to select and the finished product looks so good.  Stuart the painter did an excellent job. Robert the electrician was so easy to work with and most obliging with the shed. The thing we appreciated most being so far away was the pictorial aspect of the construction thanks photographer Brad. Ben, Scott and Tracey have always been pleasant to communicate with and the boys went out of their way to assist us when we were there. We feel we made friends for life as well as making our retirement home a reality. Thanks and kind regards always"
