The Warren family has been building homes for three generations. Locally, they started building homes under the name Bob Warren Homes in 1992 with the new company Warren Family Homes being established in 2005 following Bob’s retirement.
Through its various eras, the business has grown from strength to strength on the foundations of excellent customer service, complete transparency, and quality workmanship.
Brad Warren heads the company these days and in recent years has overseen WFH’s move from their Bargara office to the new Display Centre in East Bundaberg. This innovative Display Centre sets a new standard in making the building process easier and more enjoyable for new home owners, renovators, and investors in Bundaberg and the surrounding regions.

We are happy to handle variations at your request during the building process and will advise you accordingly of how the changes will affect your final costs. We also welcome your questions, advice, and feedback before, during, and after the building process.
Experience
Warren Family Homes have designed and built many homes in the Bundaberg region including 100m2 to 600m2 homes, duplexes, triplexes, multi unit complexes and developments, one and two storey designs, right through to multi-million dollar waterfront villas.
We have also completed a wide range of other projects such as renovations, shop fit-outs, and commercial buildings.
Meet The Team
Brad Warren - Owner / Director
Brad started working with his father Bob Warren in 1992 when the family moved to Bundaberg, and began learning all aspects of the building business from sales and marketing to admin and the construction processes. He completed his trade apprenticeship in carpentry, trade subcontracted for many years, and along the way put four carpenter apprentices through their time - all of which obtained their Certificate III in Construction under Brad’s guidance.
He furthered his education and experience by gaining his Certificate IV in Construction allowing him to become a registered builder himself. Brad’s accountancy background is also of great benefit when it comes to the sound financial management of the business.
Brad is now the sole Director of Warren Family Homes Pty Ltd and oversees all operations of the business.
Scott Kratzmann - Foreman / Supervisor
Scott entered the construction industry immediately after school and has gained multiple trade certificates since then. With his father also from the construction industry, Scott has grown up with a passion for this line of work and thoroughly enjoys assisting our clients in building their dream homes. With both carpentry and supervisor licences, and a wealth of knowledge and experience, our clients are in good hands with Scott overseeing the construction process.
Since 2006 Scott has worked alongside Brad to make sure all roles are covered from initial client meetings right through to completion and handover of homes - as well as getting their hands dirty when necessary.
Natalie Curtis
Natalie is the friendly person both new and existing customers usually speak to first when phoning or dropping in. She will handle your enquiry warmly and efficiently and make sure you get the person or information you need. She is the front face of Warren Family Homes and looks forward to meeting with you in the near future.
